Emily was purchased by the current owners nearly four years ago to use as a permanent residence but due to ill health has not been used in that time. Emily offers spacious accommodation with five berths in three separate cabins. This comprises an aft main double cabin with lots of built in storage and an en suite shower and toilet, a single cabin, and a forward cabin with two single berths. there is a second bathroom with shower, toilet and basin. There is a good sized lounge that has built in storage and seating, and is also a navigation point. Steps lead down to a kitchen diner with table, storage, full size lpg oven, microwave and built in fridge. The boat comes with Eberspacher hot air heating, and good headroom throughout. Externally there is good deck space to move around the boat. The back deck in particular is an excellent size to enjoy your surroundings, and the boat also has a flybridge. The Thornycroft diesel engine was used regularly until four years ago, when the boat travelled to its current mooring, and provides plenty of power and cruising capability.
